ABOUT OUR FOUNDER + CEO

Jessica Casucci is the founder and CEO of Mt. Olympus Performance Group, a firm that provides high-impact science and research-based executive and performance coaching to women. With 18+ years experience as a corporate attorney, who climbed the ranks to achieve partner at one of the big four financial services firms, Jessica managed teams of 100’s of individuals and became 1 of only 2 women at her firm nominated for the 30% Club Mentorship Program. Less than 30% of women are on Fortune 500 boards, and Jessica was nominated to this program for her work and to increase the odds. She was responsible for her team’s annual and quarterly review and compensation process, so she knows what it takes to be recognized and fairly compensated in Corporate America. Jessica is also a certified yoga instructor, integrative health coach, and licensed financial advisor, all of which informs her approach to Mt. Olympus Performance Group’s curriculums and programs. After struggling to climb the corporate ladder and reach the level of success that she hit, she became increasingly passionate about helping other women develop strategies for faster acceleration in their careers that would leave them feeling strong, supported, and excited, rather than burnt out, depleted, and frustrated. The company is named Mt. Olympus because it was inspired by the ancient greek mythological home of the Gods, which the Olympic Games take their name from. It’s a place of aspirational and inspirational leadership. The pinnacle of achievement and excellence. Everything Jessica does is to help you get out there, gold metal in hand.
